If you’ve forgotten your password or can’t access your account, follow these steps to reset your password:
- In your web browser, go to //ssl.datamotion.com
- Under the login prompt, click the “HERE” text
- On the next screen, enter your SecureMail email address and click “Enter”
- If the account exists on our system, you will receive an email notification to the email address you just entered with. This email will contain a link. Click the link to be taken to a new screen to set your password.
- If you do not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you still aren’t receiving the email, then please contact your company administrator to ensure that you’ve entered the correct email address.
