This error is caused by entering the incorrect username/password combination. A common fix for this error is to reset your password.
Resetting your Password
- Access the DataMotion Direct login screen through your web browser.
- Click the “HERE” link either beneath “Not sure what your password is?” or in red in the error message (as pictured above).
- Type in your DataMotion Direct Messaging address.
- An email message will be sent to the email address associated with your account. This email message will contain a link to a Password Reset page.
