Direct Error: “Invalid Username/Password”

This error is caused by entering the incorrect username/password combination. A common fix for this error is to reset your password.


Resetting your Password

  1. Access the DataMotion Direct login screen through your web browser.
  2. Click the “HERE” link either beneath “Not sure what your password is?” or in red in the error message (as pictured above).
  3. Type in your DataMotion Direct Messaging address.
  4. An email message will be sent to the email address associated with your account. This email message will contain a link to a Password Reset page.
