Which portal do you log into to view your messages?
- If you log into //ssl.datamotion.com, then you are using DataMotion SecureMail. To access DataMotion SecureMail help articles, click here.
- If you log into //ssl.dmhisp.com, then you are using DataMotion Direct. To access DataMotion Direct help articles, click here.
If you are unsure, or do not log into a portal, please read on.
What does your secure email address look like (ie: the email address you use when sending secure messages)?
- If the word “Direct” is any part of your address, chances are, you are you using DataMotion Direct. Here are some examples of Direct addresses:
- If your secure email address is the same email address that you use to send regular email, then you are using DataMotion SecureMail. Here are some examples of SecureMail addresses:
