Organization Support Contacts

The Direct Provisioning Portal provides optional fields for providing technical support and billing contacts for a tenant. This can be performed either during the onboarding process or after the creation of a tenant via the Edit Org button. Entering values into these fields will populate the main page of the tenant with the appropriate information below the tenant’s address.

Adding Support Contacts (Onboarding)

Follow the steps below to add support contacts to a tenant:

  1. During the Create/Register Organization step, scroll to the Support Contacts section.
  2. Enter the desired information into the Technical/Billing Contact fields (must fill all fields).
  3. Upon completion of the onboarding process, the support contacts names will appear along with the company information.

Adding Support Contacts (Edit Org)

Follow the steps below to add support contacts to a tenant:

  1. Login to the Direct Provisioning Portal as either an Admin or Trusted Agent.
  2. Click the desired tenant.
  3. Click the Edit Org button.
  4. Enter information for the support contact you wish to add.
  5. Click Submit.

After finishing the steps above whenever an Admin or Trusted Agent is on the main page of tenant, the names of the support contacts will appear along with the company information.
